Copyright Policy

Article 1. Purpose

These Terms are intended to stipulate the copyright in the templates, AI-generated outputs and various content provided on the Bodapark website and application operated by VODAPLAY CO., LTD. (hereinafter the "Company"), and users of Bodapark are deemed to have agreed to the items below.

Article 2. Content Copyright

The copyright in all templates and individual design elements provided by Bodapark is either owned by the Company or provided under a license obtained from the original author. In addition, all content provided is protected by domestic and international copyright.

All rights not expressly granted to the user under this Copyright Policy (copyright, intellectual property rights, etc.) are reserved by the Company and the original author.

Article 3. Scope of Content Use

Users may freely publish, share and distribute content created on Bodapark to the internet/mobile and connected social media channels, etc. However, the following must be observed:

• All content provided by Bodapark may not be re-licensed or resold without the Company's permission.
• Design elements may not be downloaded or reproduced individually on their own, nor may they be modified and used.
• Content created including design elements may not be used for trademark or copyright registration, etc.
• Marks inserted by the Company, such as watermarks and the Company logo included in the content, may not be removed.
• Photographs of persons may not be used for obscene purposes or for purposes that may damage another person's reputation.

Article 4. Disclaimer

Where any type of material that a user registers with the Bodapark service or provides to the Company contains content that infringes another person's copyright, all legal liability therefor rests with the user who registered or provided it.

The Company bears no obligation to verify the copyright or intellectual property rights of material provided by a user, and the Company bears no liability whatsoever for any legal dispute or damage arising from material provided by a user.

Where a copyright dispute arises from using content provided by the Bodapark service in a manner that deviates from these Terms and this Copyright Policy, the user cannot be protected and may bear the obligation of criminal punishment or civil compensation for damages. Where this causes damage to the Company, the Company may claim compensation for damages from the user.

Article 5. Use of Content by the Company

The Company may use part or all of the content created by a Member through the Bodapark service for the purpose of introducing or marketing the service. A Member may at any time request measures such as suspension of use or non-disclosure with respect to such use of content, and the Company shall process the Member's request without delay.
