AI Terms

Article 1. Purpose

These Terms apply to the AI-based features and outputs provided within Bodapark. They apply in addition to the existing Terms of Service and Copyright Policy.

Article 2. Definitions of Terms

• AI features: All AI-based features provided by Bodapark, including the video generation, image generation and text generation features
• AI outputs: The video, images and text provided through the AI features within Bodapark
• Technology partner: A third-party technology provider that Bodapark uses in order to provide the AI features

Article 3. Restrictions on Use

In addition to the matters prohibited in the Terms of Service, the use of AI outputs is prohibited as follows:

• Where the AI output violates or infringes another person's personal information, portrait rights, right of publicity, etc.
• Where the AI output may be mistaken for a medical result
• Where the AI output may be mistaken for having been created by a human
• Where the AI output is used in a manner that represents it as having been created by the user themselves

Article 4. Rights and Obligations of the User

The user is responsible for the content entered in order to use the AI features, and the copyright in the AI output belongs neither to the Company nor to the user, so no rights may be claimed.

The user may not use the AI outputs to develop machine learning models or related technologies.

When a user wishes to share and publish an AI output, it is recommended that the user clearly indicate that the output was generated by AI.

Article 5. Rights and Obligations of the Company

The AI outputs provided by the Company are generated by artificial intelligence, and the Company provides no warranty or guarantee whatsoever as to the accuracy, reliability or representativeness of the AI outputs.

The Company is not liable for any dispute or harm arising when a user uses an AI output.

The Company may use a user's AI outputs to improve Bodapark, or for marketing and promotional purposes.

Article 6. Technology Partners

The Company uses technology models provided by third-party technology providers in order to provide AI-based services. Part of the data entered by a user in order to use the AI features may be shared with third-party technology providers.
